✅ Return Eligibility
We accept returns ONLY if:
- Royal Honey packs/packets are unopened and sealed
- Original packaging is intact (no leaks/damage)
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
- Accompanied by order number
❌ Non-Returnable Items
No returns for:
- Opened/used Royal Honey products
- Items beyond 14-day window
- Products damaged by customer (e.g., improper storage)
- “Royal Honey for men” bundles with broken seals
📦 Return Process
- Email support@royalhoneypacket.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of unopened product
- We’ll email a return authorization label
- Ship to:Royal Honey Returns

- Use trackable/insured mail (we’re not responsible for lost returns)
💳 Refunds
- Processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Refunded to original payment method
- No restocking fees
- Note: Original shipping costs non-refundable
